What should I wear?

Semi-formal is the best way to describe the formality of the day. However, we will be in a greenhouse during spring, so you can be a little more on the relaxed side than the formal. Generally; guys you can wear a suit, girls you'll do fine in a dress.

How cold/warm will it be in the greenhouse?

April is spring in the Netherlands, and the driest month of the year! If it turns out to be sunny, it could be up to 25 degrees in the greenhouse. However without the sun and depending on the day, it could be as cool as 15 degrees. Our best advice is to wear a layer you feel comfortable removing.

How do I get to and from the venue?

For those with a car, there is parking avaliable on site, please just let us know so we can ensure there is enough. For public transport from Amsterdam, you can take the train from Centraal to Hoofdorp, and we will have a shuttle van running between Hoofdorp station and the venue. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take an OV fiets, it's about a 20min bike from the station. You must let us know if you need to use the shuttle, so we can coordinate pick ups.

Do you have a registry?

Yes! We have put together a list of items we hope will last us many years into our marriage. For this reason, many of them are higher in price, so feel free to go in with others for a gift. You can find the registry here on the website.

Can I stay at the venue?

The tiny houses and glamping tents have already been booked for family and some friends who are travelling. However you are still welcome to stay on site if you would prefer not to travel at the end of the evening. You are able to camp with your own equipment for €15pp/night, which will give you access to the amenities and a tea/coffee station. Please let us know if you would like to arrange this.
